LuminVoice Studio is a tool for hypnotherapists, NLP and coaching practitioners: clone your voice, draft personalised sessions, run a private space for each client, hold live sessions, and get paid. By using it you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for the people you invite into your practice. Keep your sign-in details safe. You must be entitled to practise your profession where you work.

Your content and your voice

Your voice, your notes, your sessions and your client records are yours. You give us permission to process them only to run the service for you: to clone your voice, generate audio, deliver it to your clients and show you how it lands. You can export your work, and delete your voice model, at any time.

Your clients

You own the relationship with your clients and are responsible for their consent and for what you send them. We process client information on your behalf, under your instruction. We never contact your clients for our own purposes.

Payments

Your subscription to the Studio is billed by us through Stripe. When your clients pay you, that money is charged on your own Stripe account and goes to you directly; we are not a party to it and we do not hold your clients' funds.

Fair use

Plans include generous monthly allowances for AI drafting, voice rendering and the assistant, for normal single-practice use. Automated or bulk generation, reselling access, or usage far beyond typical practice patterns may be paused or may need a higher plan. We will always contact you first, and your voice and your work stay yours to export.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Studio for anything unlawful or harmful.
• Do not clone a voice you do not have the right to use, or impersonate anyone.
• Do not resell or share access outside your own practice.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the Studio running well, but it is provided as is, without guarantees of uninterrupted service. We may add, change or retire features, and we will give reasonable notice of anything significant.

Ending it

You can stop using the Studio at any time and export your work first. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will explain why where we can.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the previous three months. The Studio supports your professional judgement; it does not replace it.
